After a detailed consultation to decide which oils are most suitable for you, essential plant oils are diluted in a carrier oil selected for your skin type.

The blend is then massaged into the body using a combination of Swedish massage, acupressure and lymphatic drainage. Chemical molecules from the essential oils are absorbed through the skin and nose into the bloodstream where they travel around the body.
