Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision is a formal, collaborative process whose primary purpose is to ensure that the Practitioner is meeting the needs of the client.

Effective Clinical Supervision provides Practitioners with the opportunity to reflect on their work and think for themselves.

As Practitioners we are required to work with a Clinical Supervisor on a regular basis to enable us to work effectively and ethically with our clients.

The development of an effective supervisory relationship, based on mutual respect and understanding provides an integral framework within which a Practitioner can grow and develop.
