The natural state of all living things: plants & animals, is to grow, flourish, blossom and thrive unless held back or within an unhealthy environment.  This is Your Natural State too.   Life Coaching helps you identify your goals, be they:

• A promotion at work or improved financial security
• Improved communication and emotional closeness in relationships
• Qualifications, driving tests, exams and personal development

Then the barriers, hold-backs, fears and obstacles which have so far prevented you from already experiencing and having these things, are gently and carefully removed to allow you to take pleasure in naturally having the life you conceive.  Like a person trying to jog with heavy weights around their ankles, we release the weights and with no additional effort you travel further and faster than ever before.

Josephine provides combined Bach Flower Remedies and life-coaching within one session:  the Remedies to heal your hurts and the coaching to assist your move forward into a more rewarding life.  Individual and couples sessions.
